Q: What is the event about?
A: May Design Series is the most commercially focused interiors trade event in the UK calendar and includes a handpicked selection of British and international brands from 20+ countries.
Retail and contract visitors will see a comprehensive range of products across furniture, lighting, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and décor and catch a glimpse of the future in DX. Find out more.

Q: Who should visit the event?
A: Trade professionals including interior designers, retailer buyers, specifiers, architects, hoteliers, property developers and anyone working in the interior design, residential or hospitality industry.
Please note that children are not allowed to attend the show.
Q: Will there be any seminars, workshops or demonstrations?
A: Yes there is a Conference Programme and two Seminar Programmes, plus another programme specially curated by CEDIA. You can attend as many sessions as you wish over the three days. Space in the theatre is on a first come, first served basis. Find out more.

Access & Facilities
Q: Will there be anywhere that I can access the internet while I'm at the event?
A: Yes. ExCeL London offers visitors free WiFi across the venue.
Q: Can I hire a wheelchair at the event?
A: You can. ExCeL London retains a small number of wheelchairs available for daily hire from the west information desk. Wheelchairs are loaned on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.
Q: What is wheelchair access like at the venue?
A: Wheelchair access is easy. Entrances are ramped where necessary, and the aisles are 3m wide. Disabled toilet facilities are available.
Q: Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?
A: As a trade exhibition, May Design Series is not suitable for children under 16 years old.
Q: Will there be anywhere to buy food while I'm at the exhibition?

Q: Are there cloakroom facilities onsite?
A: There will be cloakrooms throughout the venue available for use. Please note, cloakrooms will only be able to accept a coat and one small bag per person.
